Junior associates will have the opportunity to meet and work directly with clients, take depositions, attend hearings, and quickly gain experience not easily obtained at many large firms.

Our lawyers earn salaries competitive with major Connecticut law firms. We understand that people have families and interests outside of work, so we strive to achieve an acceptable balance between personal and professional life. We have built a successful and dynamic practice based on the strength of our people and compensate accordingly -- without the crushing time demands (or billable hour quotas) of many big city firms.

We provide continuing feedback to our people and base salary increases upon each individual's performance. The firm also pays for bar review course expenses and the bar exam for new associates.
