Lee is a corporate paralegal working in the areas of business organization, UCC practice, mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance including blue sky, and registration of charitable organizations and commercial co-venture promotions. Before Lee came to Levett Rockwood in 1998, she was a corporate paralegal at Cohen & Wolf PC (Bridgeport, CT) from 1996 to 1998 and at Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. (New York City) from 1981 to 1996. Lee is a graduate of Smith College (1974) with a bachelor's degree in Government.

Maura is a litigation paralegal with deep background in medical malpractice and landlord/tenant matters. Prior to coming to Levett Rockwood in 1992, she was a commercial real estate paralegal from 1985 to 1991. Maura graduated from the University of Connecticut, B.A. in Asian Studies, Phi Beta Kappa, in 1976, and from the University of Hawaii, M.A. in Asian Studies, in 1979.
 Sharon is a corporate paralegal with broad experience in the areas of business organization and commercial transactions. She joined Levett Rockwood in 2005 after lengthy and varied experience in both law firms and business corporations. From 1993 to 1996, Sharon served as the corporate secretary, risk manager and manager of stockholder relations of a NASDAQ-listed company, and from 2001 to 2005 as a corporate paralegal at Shipman & Goodwin LLP (Stamford, CT) dealing primarily with secured financings. Sharon attended the University of Colorado and graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut.
 Alane is a litigation paralegal. She returned to Levett Rockwood in 2007 after previously practicing at the firm as a litigation paralegal from 1985 to 1993. In the interim, she earned a Masters Degree in Elementary Education and taught school for ten years. Alane graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.A. in 1983, the Connecticut Institute for Paralegal Studies with a State paralegal certification in 1984, and the University of Bridgeport with her M.A. in 1995.

Allison is a litigation paralegal with extensive experience in civil litigation and white collar criminal defense matters and with significant background in corporate paralegal practice. Prior to joining Levett Rockwood, Allison was a litigation paralegal with Daly & Pavlis LLC (Southport, CT) from 2001 to 2010 and a corporate paralegal with U.S. Surgical Corporation and Dictaphone Corporation from 1990 to 2001. Most recently, she served as Legal Assistant to the Criminal Chief in the Office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut. Allison attended Sacred Heart University, graduating in 1990 with an associate's degree in Paralegal Studies and Legal Administration.
