Pat joined Levett Rockwood in 1994. She practices health care law with attention to employment law and corporate law matters.

In her health care practice, Pat has served as part-time, in house counsel to a major teaching hospital. She has considerable experience in structuring joint ventures and other transactions between health care providers. She also regularly advises and assists hospitals and other healthcare providers in regulatory compliance matters, fraud and abuse issues, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, managed care contracting and general health and hospital law issues.

Pat also advises business clients on employment matters, including compliance with state and federal wage and hour and anti-discrimination laws, preparation and review of employee handbooks, employment contracts and serverance agreements, developing employee policies and advice on employee relations matters.

Pat is a member of the Connecticut Bar and the National Health Lawyers Association. She has been a member of the Connecticut Health Lawyers Association since 1997, and currently serves as its Treasurer. She received her undergraduate degree (magna cum laude) from the University of Connecticut and graduated in 1994 with high honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she was a Dean's Fellow and the Note and Comment Editor of the Connecticut Law Review.
