Doug practices primarily in the area of commercial litigation. He represents businesses and financial and healthcare institutions in state and federal trials, appeals, arbitrations and mediations. Doug has broad experience in commercial contract disputes, trade secrets and business torts, real property disputes, employment law, RICO and securities fraud, state and municipal tax controversies, and products liability, construction and probate disputes.

He received a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Tufts University and his law degree, with honors, from Boston University School of Law.

Doug is a member of the American and Connecticut Bar Associations. He is a former Chairman of the Litigation Section of the Fairfield County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut and the District of Columbia.

Doug lives in Bethel, Connecticut with his wife and two children.
