Sharon's practice includes the areas of estate planning, estate administration and probate, and federal and state taxation, including tax exemption. Her clients include closely held businesses, high net-worth individuals and tax-exempt organizations. She brings a wide range of experience on both the business and personal sides of tax and estate planning issues, enabling her to maximize results and minimize complexity in long-range planning.

Sharon received her B.A. degree (magna cum laude) from the University of Pennsylvania (Phi Beta Kappa) in 1974 and her J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1977. She has been a member of the Connecticut bar since 1977.
