Chris practices business law, including commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, aircraft financing and general corporate representation. His background also includes work on marketing and advertising compliance issues.

He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University in 2004, graduating with distinction in Political Science and having been inducted into Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honors Society.

Chris graduated in 2007 from Fordham Law School, where he was Notes and Articles Editor of the Fordham International Law Journal and a member of the Dean's List from 2005 to 2007. He was a law school intern with the Honorable Richard M. Berman, Federal District Court Judge for the Southern District of New York, and a college intern with Sullivan & Cromwell, a prominent New York City law firm.

Prior to joining Levett Rockwood, Chris was an associate attorney in the commercial practice group at Cummings & Lockwood LLC in Stamford, Connecticut.

Chris is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.

Chris and his wife reside in Greenwich, Connecticut.
