Rob has broad experience in commercial litigation including matters involving corporate, real estate and bankruptcy law. Prior to joining the firm, Rob was an associate at Olshan Grundman Frome Rosenzweig & Wolosky in New York City.

Rob has tried a number of cases through verdict, argued appeals, and authored briefs which formed the basis for published opinions in both state and federal court. He also represents clients in arbitration and before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Rob's recent experience includes obtaining a jury trial verdict for one of the largest fuel oil distributors in the U.S. enforcing an employee non-solicitation agreement, and trademark defense work for a number of world wide manufactures of consumer products, as well as representing local businesses in varied contract disputes.

His practice also includes drafting rules and reviewing advertising copy for various sweepstakes and contests conducted by consumer products companies throughout the U.S.

He graduated from Columbia College in 1989 and Brooklyn Law School in 1993. He is a member of the Connecticut and New York bars.

Rob lives with his wife and two children in Weston, Connecticut, where he is a state certified firefighter with the volunteer fire department.
