Rob has broad experience in commercial litigation including matters involving corporate, real estate and bankruptcy law. Prior to joining the firm, Rob was an associate at Olshan Grundman Frome Rosenzweig & Wolosky in New York City.

Rob's experience includes representing a proposed acquirer in a $200 million tender offer litigation and representing a major manufacturer in purchasing all of a competitor's assets in a bankruptcy proceeding. He has tried a number of cases through verdict, argued appeals, and authored briefs which formed the basis for published opinions in both state and federal court.

His practice also includes drafting rules and reviewing advertising copy for various sweepstakes and contests conducted by consumer products companies throughout the U.S.

Rob graduated from Columbia College in 1989 and Brooklyn Law School in 1993. He is a member of the Connecticut and New York bars.

Rob lives in Weston, Connecticut with his wife and two children.
