Meghan is a business and transactional attorney with broad experience in real estate law. Her practice encompasses all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing and loan work-outs. Meghan has represented developers and owners, both institutional and otherwise, tenants, borrowers, and numerous lending institutions originating both portfolio and capital market loans.

Meghan received her law degree, summa cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2005, where she was valedictorian and the Lead Articles Editor of the Quinnipiac Law Review. She received her bachelor of arts degree, magna cum laude, in 2001 from the University of Connecticut, where she was a New England Scholar.

Before joining Levett Rockwood, Meghan was in-house assistant corporation counsel for the City of New Haven where she represented the City in connection with a variety of real estate transactions and provided counsel to City departments in connection with general real estate and municipal matters. Prior to her service for the city, she was an associate at Kroll, McNamara, Evans & Delehanty, LLP, a commercial real estate firm in West Hartford, CT, and an associate in the Hartford, CT office of Pepe & Hazard LLP, working in that firm's real estate and corporate department.

Meghan was admitted to practice in Connecticut in 2005 and is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She resides in Monroe with her husband and daughter.
