Prior to joining Levett Rockwood in 2004, Kate was an associate in the Investment Management Group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York, where she provided regulatory support to investment advisers, worked on initial public offerings and preferred share offerings for registered investment companies, and counseled hedge fund clients. A graduate of Connecticut College (cum laude) in 1997 with majors in Government and French, Kate also studied abroad in Paris, France. Kate received her law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2002, where she was Executive Notes & Comments Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review. Kate is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She and her husband currently reside in Stamford, Connecticut.
